Proper planning prior to the construction phase of a project ensures high-quality results. During the planning phase, we can provide as little or as much assistance as you require. We can:

• Perform a review of your project and provide suggestions for Green Building Technologies that may be well suited for your project and aid you in registering your project to become LEED certified if you should so desire.
• Provide Qualified Professionals to develope conseptual designs for budgeting purposes including creating conseptual budgets or review and comment on your budget.
• Oversee or handle the entire entitlement process including design reviews and cost management.
• Establish detailed development and construction schedule highlighting all activities including entitlements, permit processing and construction.
• Oversee plan development, including progress reviews, verify constructibility and provide value engineering suggestions.
• Qualify General Contractors and review construction bids for content and accuracy.

Equally as important as planning and design of a project are the execution and closure of a project. Just as with the preconstruction phases of a project we can provide you with whatever level of assistance that you may require with the Construction and Post-Construction services. We can: 

• Review or write contracts or subcontracts, using your format or ours.
• Aid in verification of scopes of work within the General Contracts or Subcontracts.
• Work with the design consultants to resolve unforeseen issues that may arise during the construction process to help avoid, or at least minimize additional cost to you.
• Review and/or process change orders.
• Review and/or process monthly payment applications.
• Aid you in placing of utility orders, and follow up on these orders to help insure their availability when they are required.
• Attend job-site progress meetings, thereby freeing up your valuable time.
• Perform Quality Control Inspections helping to assure that all construction is being completed to your level of expectation.
• Perform schedule review and/or updates which will help to identify any issues with schedule lag or overruns.
• Create Punch Lists and perform subsequent follow through.
• Perform warranty walks with contractors.
• Review and verify that all closeout documents such as, O&M Manuals, and As-built Drawings are complete and in proper order prior to the release of final payments to contractors.
